「My room was infested by mosquitoes! Got bitten; Couldn’t fall asleep. The room is spacious but the floor is dirty - my soles got stuck to it. Swimming pool is not in good condition - its base is broken with sharp tiles exposed and the water is heavily chemically treated. The service in the one and only restaurant is very very slow. The hotel Staff didn’t really understand what I said half the time.」

「It’s a super hotel as all Citadines are around the region if I had to have a moan it’s that there can be some traffic noise but it doesn’t affect a good nights sleep And there always seems to be flies buzzing around the room maybe mosquitos I’m guessing the staff air the room before each guest ‘ but that seems to let in a few flies My second stay here and both times the safe is locked !! I know you can call down and get it unlocked but other properties will insist the safe is open on leaving...
