We really enjoyed our time at Kristal Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the start, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious enough for the whole family, and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the kids loved it. The location was also great — close to shops and restaurants but still nice and quiet at night. Everything was easy and stress-free, which made our trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend for families!

Great Hotel with Great Staff

Great hotel with great staff. Wasn’t expecting too much for the price but it was perfect for my stay. Good internet, good pool, great breakfast, as good as most 5 star hotels but just a bit older and worn but not worn out. Loved the Satu Lagi bar for getting a drink and dinner.

A Wonderful Family Stay at Kristal Hotel!

We had such an amazing time at Kristal Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and went out of their way to make our family comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped — perfect for traveling with family. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and we really appreciated the quiet nights after our busy days exploring. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices that everyone in the family enjoyed. The location is also fantastic — close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good rest. Everything was so well taken care of, and we genuinely felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Kristal Hotel to any family looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay! As well…. I especially love the floor plan. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom. Traveling with my sister having our own space was very nice! I got the bedroom with no TV… she doesn’t watch TV…but her closest was bigger and she would not switch with me! The kitchen, dining room and living room were spacious and we were very happy with this property!

I’ve stayed at Hotel Kristal many times over the last 15 years. The staff are most friendly and accommodating and the pool and Satu Lagi Bar are great. I will stay there again if in Jakarta. If I could point out anything on the negative side, is the facility needs a facelift. My room, for example, was clean but clearly showed signs of wear and tear. Understandable given that COVID was such a setback to business. Note that WiFi was excellent the entire week I was there. Many thanks to hotel staff for a very pleasant stay.

I came with 3 kids to the hotel for a 3 nights transit in Jakarta. Was surprised there were several kids activity arranged during those days. Kids really enjoyed it. The hotel is also strategically situated close to Pondok Indah Mall and Cilandak Town Square avoiding long traffic jam when having some appointment with friends.

The first Room didn't to my expectations after I mentioned the issues to the reception, they offered to move to a better room which I accepted, the new room was satisfactory and accepted their apology.
