「The room was spacious and pillows were comfortable. The blackout shade was much appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was kind and friendly. This was the best customer service I have received at a hotel. I would stay here again.」

「 Shower between top and bottom had mold which would be terrible if someone was allergic to mold. Shower curtain was yellow at the bottom and nasty looking. Everything else was fine 」

「Great value for such a spacious suite. The location was very convenient for us, and the hotel seems to be clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that the toilets are a little weird…rarely did they flush on the first try. I think they might be the kind designed to conserve water. I don’t think it was a plumbing issue. Would stay here again though!」
