In a word -- exquisite!

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the woman I met working the breakfast shift on Monday was so pleasant, funny, and friendly! Would recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.

A pleasant experience

I just needed to get away the rooms was nice and big the shower was lovely and the water stayed hot all of 45 minutes. I was able to relax, watch some tv in peace and think

They have re done this hotel and it is all very nice and clean

This hotel is great! The location is right off the highway, making it convenient to get to many areas quickly, using I91 or Riverdale Rd. Breakfast is good, standard hotel food, but fresh. Hot coffee, tea, cocoa available all day and night in the lobby. The lobby is big and a nice area to sit and visit or to just get out of your room for a while. The mall is down the street, and Cracker Barrel, is behind the hotel, McDonalds, and Dunkin’ Donuts in front off. We stay here every time we are in...

Excellent

We stayed in a spacious, clean bedroom. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options

The games and pool table in the lobby was a great bonus. The view over the water was beautiful to watch the sunrise.

It’s a great place to stay and we like the breakfast!

Friendly and very clean. Very satisfied for service too.

I should have read between the lines when "pool" was listed as a "family amenity". There is no restaurant other than a small bar that serves a la carte breakfast items in the morning. The 6-stool bar was not especially well-stocked but fine for a quick nightcap. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well-priced. The building is designed with an open...

Every time I go to the Boltwood, I feel like I’m home. They treat you with such care and kindness.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Friendly staff. Loved the large room TV and cable service along with the free WiFi. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a very great stay Staff were so polite and help me around and also gave me a extra hour after check out time Will definitely come stay again

Beautiful room, Beautiful Hotel, take advantage of the massage chair!! My cousin fell asleep in mine LOL!! It doesnt hurt and actually feels like a massage! Night Staff was super friendly and thorough, I cannot wait to book again in the future!

Great spot to stay, but neither of my navigation systems got me to the hotel. Look for signage, don't rely on Waze or Googlemaps!
