南岸奢華飯店，旅行前必看！

「酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。」

「We had a lovely couple of nights here. The room was good, very comfy bed and there was a freestanding fan unit for hot weather. Lovely walk in shower with shampoo and shower gel and plenty of soft towels. There were tea and coffee making facilities and complientary bottles of water, plus homemade biscuits in the room. If you needed more of anything you could get it from the reception desk. The free wifi worked fine all over the hotel. There was ample space in the car park, you need to enter...

「该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。」
