该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。

This property is amazing. Beautiful and clean with an amazing little pub on site. Rooms was spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was the best ever with rainfall option. Only draw back was the location is very residential with nothing within walking distance so if you need access to a store or different dining options you require a car. However I recommend eating on site. Breakfast is excellent so make sure to get the breakfast option with your booking

The Pilgrim Inn is a charming inn and pub combination in Marchwood that we used for our night before our cruise out of Southampton. We loved everything about it - the rooms were great, our dinner and breakfast were great. The Manager also went out of her way to help us get transportation to the cruise port for our family of 5 with luggage, which is not easy on cruise embarkation days. I would definitely stay at the Pilgrim Inn again if I'm in the area, and highly recommend it!

The staff work the Inn and Restaurant. The Inn is very quaint and well appointed but challenging to find staff to help with questions. Lovely flowers and nice grounds. Busy streets so no walking for us. The Restaurant was empty upon our arrival for dinner and so one would expect dedicated service, staff more interested in talking to each other than delivering minor service. They were 3 feet from our table. We both had fish and chips. Bland greasy fish and fries. No service no tip. Breakfast we had the same waitress she was chatty and more accommodating. No refills offered for coffee. Small servings for English breakfast. Yes we did tip her! We read the reviews but our experience unfortunately we did not share that type of positive experience. We had no wheels and convenience was important. We would stay at the Inn but try another place for meals and do our homework.

We love the Pilgrim inn for a Pre Cruise nights stay. We always book a table for dinner with a family member and we were disappointed that this time we were not given a table in the more private area of the dining area. Even after explaining our disappointment we were still told these tables had been “locked in”…this is not an option on booking online?? Also the menu was not the usual high standard. We shall continue to book here but may reconsider our dinner option which is a shame?

Good value and Great service

When working in Southampton i preferer to stay a little out of town. The pilgrim Inn is 7 miles out in a nice area offers good value and great service. I would recommend the Pilgrim Inn. I will be booking next time in working in the area

Lovely thatched pub opposite accommodation with a garden to sit in. Room was clean and plenty of room to walk about. Heard no noise from the pub even though it was close by. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay again if in the area. If you want dinner better book, it does get busy.

Brilliant little Inn

We had a wonderful stay at The Pilgrims Inn. Our check in was friendly and seamless. Our family room was perfect, a great size, really comfy beds and everything we needed for a weekend visit to Paultons Park. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, really friendly staff, great service and lovely food. Breakfast was also brilliant All in all a great visit and we will return.
