「We had the handicap accessible room but my and my partner are both able-bodied, so take my notes with a grain of salt. But the shower doesn't have much of a lip (likely easier to get into) but it also meant that the excess water spilled into the bathroom toward the drain at the room center. I can't imagine I'm the only person to think this can't be the best way to be accessible. I had to drape towels across the floor so that I could get out without slipping. 「The room was acceptable regarding its cleanliness; however, there were bunches of hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet did not flush properly and the pillows need either washing or replacement. The staff was helpful when needed. However, all the common areas, including the elevator, looked extremely dirty. They are not spending time making sure the hotel looks if not spotless, at least acceptable. Good for one night, if you are just sleeping and moving on in the morning.」
