「We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late.
