「We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely our stay was. The staff were friendly and abundant, always trying to be helpful. Seriously, everyone was so nice! There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. 「The hotel was nice and clean, staff was amazing, but the elevator was down and they put us (a family of 4) on the top floor. Then our room was out of many of the amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was great!」
