「The front desk were polite and thecleaning staffs were professional. Eating are not convenient as there is only one restaurant in the hotel and those near by were pack up with tourists.」

「I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. 」
