「The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated.」

「A beautiful little house with friend people there. A little far from the underground station, like two bus stops away. I will not suggest walking there with luggages. One of the best service we got for the whole trip in UK. Not very large but clean room. However, I don’t know why we got an accessible room, the wash basin was very small and low. Also no separated area for shower, so it was a disaster in the bathroom every time we had a shower.」

「I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.」

「Fast contact! I worried about apt check in but the lady was so fast to contact and she generously checked in early. Room was not like hotel but it was fine for family travel. There were a couple of convenient stores and very nice restaurants near apt. We could enjoy tower bridge pictures everydays. It was really a comfortable for family travel. If you want to get hotel-like experience it will be contraindicated.」
