「Heimelig und Zentral im schönen Obernai.」

「Great location. Easy access. The staff was helpful」

「Historisches Ambiente, tolle Frühstück, netter Empfang」

「Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. 「It was very nice!」
