"It is stylish hotel in a good location. The courtyard is a bonus. It had more a business vibe to me, which is fine, but I think it could use a concierge to help travelers who want to explore the nearby vineyards and to provide solid suggestions on where to eat and what to do. The front desk tried to help but I ultimately had to figure it out on my own."

"This is a good hotel if you’re on a budget and the staff were helpful and friendly. My room however, whilst being in the correct class I booked did not look anything like the pictures on Expedia. The hotel is in Kléber Square which is great as a central location although it gets noisy throughout the night (drunks and the homeless). The windows need sound-proof sealing. Breakfast was okay but nothing special. Overall this hotel has the basics although don’t expect luxury."
