"I expected this to be really basic but it was clean and very well organised as a self-service type hotel. Check in and out was very quick, and the option to use things like the communal fridge and kitchen or store luggage was great. It's close to public transport so easy to get around as well. "Good location, but expected more from a Radisson Blu I stayed here for two nights while visiting Helsinki. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the main sights, which was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. It took over 30 minutes because there was a long line and only a few staff members assisting guests. At first, I assumed this was an isolated issue, but I noticed similar staffing and service issues throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and acceptable, but the hallways were dark and not very inviting. They made the hotel feel older and more rundown than I expected. The breakfast was a highlight. It was quite complete and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, the hotel was fine for my stay, particularly because of its location, but I expected a higher level of service and atmosphere from a Radisson Blu property."
