Not only was the location convenient for access to Pasila Station and shopping centers, but the room was always kept clean, the temperature and humidity were comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable service that respected my privacy. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bathroom facilities was also impeccable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and has a wide variety of options, including gluten-free options.

Perfect hotel!!

Excellent hotel in the Tripla Mall, rooms are big in comparison to most of the city hotels, breakfast spread is huge and lots of variety and it’s from 7.30 till 11, many restaurants in the mall itself, direct connection to the airport for just 4.40 euros

Comfortable hotel central to transport connections

Very practical and clean, comfortable hotel situated in a shopping g mall in Central Helsinki. Decent value for money considering the central location ( it’s on top of the main central railway station) so if you need to travel anywhere outside of Helsinki it makes for a good base due to it’s great transport connections.

Great Place to Stay

Great room with absolutely stunning views! The hair care products in the bathroom were of very high quality (Lumene) which I really appreciated, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever eaten which after all my travels is saying something. Also, everything in the same building: shopping, eating, surfing, you name it! Would recommend and will be returning!

Good connections in and outside Helsinki

Very good location in Helsinki. Situated in a new mall/train station complex. Very good connections to/from airport, Helsinki sightseeing, or train travel to/from Finland’s big cities and Lappland. Hotel is very clean, and modern. As a family we had hassle free experience. The breakfast is very good and has traditional Finnish cousines ie. Carelian pies, porridge, blueberry juice, local cinnamon rolls.

Scandinavian style clean and functional hotel inside a large shopping mall and train station. Great breakfast. Gym is small and no windows. In business travels I use pretty much only room-gym-breakfast so that's all I know.

Good stay

I was very satisfied with my stay overall, except that at breakfast there was a very large crowd and I had to get help from a very friendly staff member who looked like a foreigner to find a table to eat. Other than that, it was very good. It was inside the Tripla shopping mall, so shopping was easy and the location was convenient for transportation such as trains and trams.

Business trip to Helsinki

Had a pleasant stay at Sokos Tripla. Worked out really well in winter conditions as I was in meetings in the office parts of Tripla. Decent sized room, clean, modern and fresh. Standard breakfast, nothing more nothing less. Heard from travel companions that the sauna and training facilities were good as well.

Poor service and long queue

Very long line for check-in, despite a self-check in possibility. Took me more than 20 minutes to check in. When you use the Self-check-in you are informed that you get an invoice after your stay. It is now 5 days since my stay and i still don't have an invoice. Rooms, were fine and breakfast good.

Wished I stayed in another hotel...

This hotel is connected to the large shopping centre tripla and train station Pasila. It is convenient in many ways, but unfortunately it's is poorly laid out probably because of the connection with the shopping centre. There are three elevators, yet waiting time is slow. The gym is nice and spacious, although the sauna was rather tight. Room was spacious with large mirror, but need was rather uncomfortable, leaving my back aching after a few hours of sleep. Regrettably wishing I stayed in another hotel...

Room was clean, with the exception of one dirty towel. Breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately the room was very noisy, apparently sound-proofing had been done improperly as noises from other rooms could be clearly heard into the room. This resulted in poor sleep, and a couple of calls down to reception in the night in order to shut down parties in other rooms. This helped a bit, but some of the noise (music and yelling) seemed to be coming from farther away and persisted despite security checking nearby rooms. There is only so much staff can do when the problem is structural, everything quieted down around 3 A.M. Overall I would not recommend staying here if you want a good night’s sleep. Will not be visiting again.
