"Really loved the location of this hotel and we had a nice, quiet stay. Our room was clean on arrival and kept clean during our stay. The reception staff were also very helpful especially when the firm bed was a bit too firm - probably fine for most guests but I have chronic pain and sleep better with a soft bed. The only unexpected thing was a charge of 10 Euros for a towelling robe for our stay. Thank you everyone."

Only thing that was unusual to me as I'm not from Finland, is that the indoor pool and Sauna is only available in the morning till around 10am, and sometimes in the evening.
