The hotel itself & its staff are wonderful. The only drawback is there’s road construction on one side of the hotel so when you take transport to the city, you have to take a route that’s not direct. If you’re walking, no problem. Bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly & courteous - especially Hasan.

Location of hotel was decent, short walk from tourist attractions. Room did not come with hotel slippers which had to be requested for. Room was also quite small with a lack of hangers. Problem with the room was the air conditioning which could not be adjusted properly as we were told that it was centrally controlled (only allowed for +-1 degrees changes). In winter when we visited, this resulted in the room being extremely cold. We requested for help on this at the front desk but there was not much that could be done.

Great hotel, fabulous staff - highly recommend

We travelled as family and couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all amenities. The staff are super friendly, amazing with the kids and went out of their way to help. The breakfast selection was huge, great coffee and lots of fresh local food which was lovely. The location is good, 2 mins from all trams, buses & metro, and about 15 mins walk into the centre.
