"A great choice—clean, comfortable bed, excellent service, elegant breakfast in a beautiful, historic building next door & a perfect location. The famous market is right across the street. Tourist ferries, shops, restaurants, churches & the design district are also right there. The efficient trams/buses easily took us anywhere else we wanted to go. Hotel Haven is truly a cozy haven that enhanced our time in Helsinki!"

"The hotel was very convenient to all things in the center of town, night life, restaurants, attractions, so for that it was great. The room was sparse, but not other than expected. What created the issues we had were the poor AC control and ability to cool our room. The hotel asked that we keep out window closed, but we had to open it since it was cooler outside than in. The street noise made us close it before sleeping, so the room became warm during the night. So stay here knowing that if it’s warm outside, it will be inside."
