「The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with lot's of options from pastries and bagals to Biskets and Gravy and even grits. The room left much to be desired. The bed was clean and surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was nice and well stocked. Housekeeping did some interesting towel folding to make it nice. However the chair, couch, and carpet were filthy and worn out. Stains and holes in them. The elevator smelled so bad that I only used it once. The halls weren't much better....

「The room is very small. The handle on the toilet didn't work, we had to fix it twice. Ice machine didn't work. 」

「房间严重不符，预定时注明450尺，结果房间非常小，200都不到。投诉还不回应。骗子网站，建议注销。The room was completely different from the description. It was advertised as 450 square feet, but the actual room was very small, less than 200 square feet. My complaint went unanswered. This is a fraudulent website; I recommend it be shut down.」

「Old coffee filters left in coffee pots of both rooms we rented. Shampoo had be used in one of the rooms. No coffee the next morning in breakfast area. Poor selection of breakfast glad McDonald's is across the parking lot. Left my granddaughters stroller and had to argue with the owner to get it back after we told her the rooms we stayed in. 」

「Gym area seemed fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was very nice. The hotel seemed to be having a good bit of maintenance... repairs.. one elevator was not working. Repairs were being made. The 4th floor... the bath tubs had been re caulked.... so had a heavy smell. One that can get you high. We were on the 4th... asked to be moved to another floor. Which they did. So other than so many things in the works... the hotel and staff were nice. The views were great of the lake. ...

「Great hotel, location is fantastic, on the water and 3 restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is minimal, but expected since it has a full kitchen in the unit. It would have been nice to have a yogurt in the morning since we were only staying one night. A little noisy in the evenings, but to be expected with 3 very good restaurants within walking distance and on the harbor. Lots of outdoor activities near by. I would highly recommend this hotel.」
