「The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! 」

「The greeter at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were attending a concert at Woolys. Easily walkable to the venue and we had dinner beforehand at the Iowa Taproom. Also easily walkable. Clean hotel and room. Coffee was delicious the next morning. Breakfast looked and smelled great but we chose to eat at the breakfast club a couple blocks away. 」

「Awesome stay!!! We got in 2 min after midnight on New Years Eve. The front desk person, Amy was AMAZING, she went out of her way to welcome us and make our stay awesome. The breakfast was great! Fresh hot scrambled eggs, bacon, 2 different type waffles, hot ready oatmeal, fruit and so much more! The room was CLEAN —thank you! Comfy bed, pillows & shower was great! The pool area looked nice would have def taken a dip but we came in late & left early. Thank you, we will be back! 」

「The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient during check-in. The room is well equipped and clean. This has become my go-to spot when visiting Des Moines. Very few other hotels within the downtown area offer free parking. The breakfast buffet is nice. I'll keep staying here when I return.」

「The building itself is new, clean, and spacious. Breakfast items were always replenished, with a decent variety available (although the same every day). The pool and workout room are nice to have available and the outdoor area looks amazing for nicer weather. We didn't need much from the staff, but they were generally available and helpful.」

「看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。」
