The heat didn’t work in the room they barely change the bedding or sheets and the food was old and nasty tasting. The room was dirty with trash in on arrival. One of the staff was rude to me and disrespectful. The fitness center equipment don’t work. The beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on the blanket where thin in that very cold room freezing the whole 6 nights there

The room was clean enough and the staff is very friendly, the only thing I think, they should sell both water bottles and laundry detergent on the premises for convenience, overall I’m having a great stay, I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Iowa .

Staff was courteous. Some things need updated, small things need to be fixed like toaster wasn't working in the break room. No elevator which it made it hard hauling all my stuff up to the second floor. Since it is by the interstate you get lots of road noise.

They charged us an extra $30 for 3 other people to be in the room, the door to the room was disgusting on the outside, the walls had stains all over, the carpet was nasty, the office chair that sat at the desk was missing half the fabric that covers the seat. The pool area was less than par and none of the exercise equipment worked in the exercise area. Only stayed one night thankfully and won’t be back

The room was nicely made up. Everything looked clean. I did appreciate that the breakfast was offered at 6am on Saturday, as I needed to leave that morning by 6:45. A couple things as a heads up. The pet fee was $25, not the $20 stated online. Also, they require a deposit at check-in. The sign on the counter stated $100 but, I was charged $50 (which I did get back). All in all, it was a good place to stay the night and rest.

The room was so gross and dirty. The floor was covered with stuff. There was dirt on the walls. There was blood or something on the curtains. It was just plain disgusting. A blow dryer in the bathroom did not work. The light switches were dirty. Housekeeping came in twice before we were even checked out.

The room was disgusting. Dust everywhere, and a cigarette burn in my sheets. The hotel refused to do anything other than give me new sheets (which I had no way of knowing were clean). Disgusting hotel with staff with bad attitudes regarding solving problems.

Very clean! Friendly staff and easy check in. No coffee maker in room was disappointing, but otherwise a great room for the low price needed.

After booking, I noticed this motel had a lot of negative reviews on Google, so I was worried. I stayed here 3 nights and didn't have a single issue. The room was fine, the breakfast was fine (I only ate it one time, but it was pretty good). The staff were all friendly. This wasn't a 5 star hotel, but it was a standard, normal hotel room for a good price. I'd stay here again.
