"The property is rather "weathered" and needs upgrading. Window screens were bent, and the windows didn't fit in the casing - I'll fitting and drafty. We stayed in a junior suite which was much better than our friend's standard room. The breakfast was actually very good (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits & gravy) and the staff was very pleasant. Overall, the property just needs some TLC and upgrading, but it completely served our purpose. We're not overly picky and it was nicer than a chain hotel "

"For a suite hotel, the room was not as clean as it could have been. There were hand smudge prints on the walls and furniture was kinda dirty. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Grout was dirty on multiple spots. Unfortunately the elevators were out so 3 flights of stairs, with dry rot on the steps was disappointing to see. Parking garage is very tight, with medium to large vehicles. 400 rooms numbers are on the top level and have the vaulted ceilings, as compared to the lower level suits. Bathroom was the highlight, shower was adequate size. The bath tub was a deep tub so it was nice for soaking. Bed was very soft and comfortable to sleep."

"I loved this hotel! It was centrally located to fisherman’s wharf and the downtown area. Easy access to wine bars, restaurants, trails. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of linens Definitely will stay here again."

"Location is easy to find from the freeway exit. About 10 min from Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row and The Aquarium. Easy check-in and helpful staff. There's a heated pool, laundry and indoor area for eating and lounging. We stayed in a king size room. The bed was soft to medium firmness and clean linens. Includes a microwave, mini fridge and a Keurig coffee machine. The wifi is good. The shower/tub water pressure in decent. The wash basin seemed positioned lower than usual like I was in Kindergarten. And the blow dryer didn't work. Unfortunately the window shutters didn't close completely so there was some sunlight in the morning. The laminate flooring had some wear and definitely needs replacing. I paid $225+tax for a Friday stay (04/17/26) and I felt this was overpriced."
