"We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was exactly what we asked for. The place itself was warm and all the amenities were provided which was helpful. We found the staff very nice and accomodating and the free shuttle to town was a nice touch. Only comment on our cabin was that one of the wall heaters in the room wasn’t working"

But aside from that, our stay was awesome especially the bus stop is just outside the hotel. You dont need to rent a car if you’re staying in Queenstown for your whole trip. Bus fare is cheaper. Cheers"

"Lovely big apartment with under floor heating and excellent mountain views, set it beautiful gardens. Easy access to local area, lots of shops and restaurants at five mile. Walking along the river nearby was a highlight too, as was the very friendly Oscar the cat. Only slight negative was limited kitchen space, a bit tricky when cooking for 4 people, but overall a great stay and highly recommend."
