"The stunning location and facilities you can see from photos but what you don’t know until you arrive is how kind and helpful all the staff are and the attention to detail that’s been carefully thought out for a very memorable stay here, including a tour of the hotel on arrival, a beautiful hand written welcome card, local drinks and confectionary in the complimentary mini bar, which all go towards making it feel like home. Thank you so much we will definitely be back! "

"Not a great experience. Dishes were dirty and there was p**n in the viewing history on the tv (I guess how was the owner meant to know that but still led to an unplesant overall experience). Showers were hot and bed was comfy. Still shocked that the owner requested we transfer additional funds as my husband and I had a baby travelling with us. After questioning the fee it was reduced. The interaction was unprofessional and hostile. She has her own travel cot so still not sure as to the charges. We"ve travelled globally and across NZ and never had an issue anywhere else. Such a shame! "
