"This is right in the heart of Queenstown! Love it steps away from the wharf where almost all attractions are, playground right in front with the beautiful botanical gardens and local ice rink. Parking for street or valet was great. Rooms are a little outdated however beds were great, bathrooms were cleaned daily from top to bottom, included breakfast is worth it. We were very happy with the service; we had a bit of a mix-up with the booking company, but this was accommodated by the hotel promptly. Very clean, and polite. There are older elements that could be updated (e.g. tapware and bath etc.) but they do the job just fine for the price, the service and being within walking distance to the waterfront more than make up for this.
