"Exceptional and friendly staff. Cabin was new and bright. We didn't use any of the other facilities. The shuttle to town was a huge plus and efficiently run by the staff. This booking did not have a cancellation option. Our sole purpose was to meet overseas friends, however, they had flights cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. I expected a discretionary refund under the circumstances but it was not forthcoming. We therefore ,had to use the accommodation but would not book Top10 again without a cancellation option. "

"The stunning location and facilities you can see from photos but what you don’t know until you arrive is how kind and helpful all the staff are and the attention to detail that’s been carefully thought out for a very memorable stay here, including a tour of the hotel on arrival, a beautiful hand written welcome card, local drinks and confectionary in the complimentary mini bar, which all go towards making it feel like home. Thank you so much we will definitely be back! "

"This property is very much like a European facility. It’s not what Americans might be used to, but it was very nice and it has been upgraded recently. I would recommend it to anyone."

"They wanted to clean the rooms at 8.30am, we asked them to come back later, they never did. It happened again on the 2nd day. I went to reception to ask for a room cleaning. The receptionist said she would inform the cleaners, it it never happened. This is very disappointing. "
