"My floor around the heat/ac unit was leaking which caused the floor around it to be wet. We dried it with towels but the water was already under the flooring so if you stepped near it, the water came up and out. My first cup of coffee was full of grinds. The bagels were frozen and needed to be toasted to eat. Been coming to stay here for years as my daughter goes to college nearby and it’s the cheapest around. Better then when it smelled like weed 24/7 but needs alot of work. Need some anti slip pads or something in the shower before someone slips and gets hurt. Good luck to the new owners. "
