The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. 「我們入住3晚，第二天沒有清潔房間，要親身到接待處要求派人清潔及更換毛巾。此外，第三天晚上房門被鎖，不能進入，到接待櫃台查詢，指我欠4元多歐羅稅項，入住時已繳按金，加上未退房，為何要繳稅戓付費呢？」

「I booked a twin bed room and fully paid, however I got a tiny single bed room which is cheaper price. I traveled from a long way to the hotel, I was really tired and had to get ready for my next day business. Instead I had to argue with the reception because they thought I was alone so they arranged a tiny single bed room for me even though I paid for twin bed room for 2 nights. It was ridiculous, but they offered free breakfast for one day, the next day changed to a twin bed room. Although they...
