Convenient Airport Hotel with Shuttle Service Perfect for an overnight stay when connecting flights. The free shuttle makes it very convenient, and everything works just as needed for a short stay.

Excellent Facility and Value

Shuttle bus from the airport was on time. Fast and friendly check in process. Room was very clean, right sized, and included amenities. Breakfast was varied and good food quality. Excellent facility and value.

I’ve stayed at Novotel Brussels Airport a couple of times. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. The restaurant food is decent but pricey. It’s easy to reach by shuttle during limited hours. Taxis outside that window can cost €30+ for a 5 minute ride. I’m giving 2 stars because the rooms feel very dated for the price. The mattress and frame are noisy and uncomfortable, linens and towels are worn, carpets are stained, and some fixtures are cracked. Soundproofing is also poor. Overall, the cost doesn’t match the comfort or quality, especially compared to nearby hotels at similar rates.

My final hotel night after a two week trip. The room was clean, spacious, has window that open to allow fresh air, and the best shower I’ve experienced this trip. The bed squeaked, but was still comfortable.

Excellent overnight stay!

Really convenient for a stay due to an overnight flight transfer. I appreciated the transfer bus too which was free. Staff very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean.
