It's within walkable distance from zuid station. Very conveniently located. Family rooms are pretty good size for a family of 4. I would recommend this place.
Everything was amazing, food, staff and location.
What I also liked that the majority of the staff knows Spanish English and others language. Food was amazong
On arrival we was greeted by Damien to be fair we was very early he let us check in extra €20 he was very polite and helpful he even gave me a free cup of coffee that guy clearly cares about his job and had a lot of respect the room was spacious 508 very clean comfy bed and great shower power
This is a very good hotel, great location across the road from the station, clean, well run and very comfortable. Small fridge in room was useful, buffet breakfast was lovely. We would stay again.
I had a 4 days short stays at Novotel.
This an excelent place to stay. Breakfast, house keep, and the staff are excellent! On top of that it's 3 min walk to the subway & international train station.
I will not think twice where i have to stay in Brussell while on vacation. 10/10 ******
A great location if you’re coming in by Eurostar or going to head from MIDI station to explore the rest of Belgium.
A perfectly fine hotel. Can be very slow lifts in the morning.
With so many great options around I’d grab breakfast somewhere else but theirs is fine.
Love the stay if your are coming to belgium thisnisnthe best location near the main train station 20 min by train from the air airport 2 min access to the metro station
Great room. Has aircon/heating. Kettle in room and a massive TV. We had twin beds. It also had a sofa bed in there. Comfy beds. It was quiet, but then I wear earplugs. But my boyfriend says it was relatively quiet. Clean place and I liked it's smell. My only 2 criticisms is the lack of tea/sugar/milk. Being English, I'm a tea guzzler and even though I kept leaving a note for housekeeping to leave me LOTS, I still only got SOME. I had to go and buy some in the end. The other thing is the shower. The bath tub in which we stood to shower was extremely slippery. I've not long had a hip replacement and was really scared of slipping. And the shower was a bit rubbish. But overall, I'd stay there again if it wasn't for the location, which felt really dodgy. I definitely wouldn't have walked around at night if my boyfriend wasn't with me. The breakfast was 25 euros per person per day, which was steep, considering there's loads of alternatives. The other problem with the area was lack of dinner choices. Whilst there was actually restaurants around, not much choice so going into the centre was better. But the distance to the station was really close. So I'm happy overall
