I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

沒有刮鬍刀，冷氣忽冷忽熱，熱水器有時熱有時不熱，地板總是滑滑的，感覺有清潔劑沒擦乾淨，看到的房間照片跟住的不一樣。

very small room with windows. the single bed is smaller than normal. Two bus stop far from MRT station, no foodcourt around the hotel, but is really cheaper than others.

有游泳池的平價飯店，但房間黴味極度嚴重，不建議住人。
437房間黴味極度嚴重，木櫃表面應該是白黴，不建議住人。要求換房，換到913,仍然要開19度的冷氣才能睡覺。櫃檯接待2位表情冷漠，一點也不會站在客戶的角度思考 ，好像房間發黴是正常。

離SMRT有點距離，隔音不佳，服務人員處理問題態度不錯
Hotel離SMRT有好一些距離，但勉強還能接受，若是要帶著行李，算是不方便。附近有多線BUS可利用，算是可彌補的一點。 這次入住到的房間空間稍狹小，20吋的行李箱，無法左右橫開，幸好我們用的是可由上展開的行李。 房間的隔音不算好，有其他房客開關門或說話都聽得很清楚。 剛CHECKIN進房間，有未處理的垃圾。 HOTEL服務人員處理問題的態度不錯，因旅行日子中可能有需要使用到冰箱，但該房間未附，有提議是否要幫我們換房，或是幫我們另外冰存。

員工整體有禮貌, 有些沒有笑容，還好。 位置一般，接駁巴士不足。 洗手間，去水位很奇怪，洗澡會弄濕整個洗手間。 早餐很普通，味道尚可接受，最好的是咖啡。

房間超小，尤其浴室！沒乾濕分離，好歹也給雙室內拖吧。走在地板上令人覺得很不舒服。 飯店人員友善！ 泳池很大。難能可貴！

服務欠佳，房間狹窄
今次入住〝沒有〞窗户的房間，狹小的房間連打開擺放行李箱的位置也沒有。浴室〝沒有浴簾〞，沖涼後整個浴室全濕，〝沒有掛鉤及晾衣繩〞擺放毛巾及洗後的衣服，非常不方便。地扳上有垃圾也沒人清理。衣架固定在衣櫃內，問服務處有否衣架及洗衣皂提供，答案是〝沒有〞。7月22日早上9:25分在酒店大堂等shuttle bus期間，因沒空位於是坐到大堂那個旅遊counter的椅子上，心想只坐三分鐘而且當時沒有詢問的人客應該可以吧！誰知那個女職員堅持要我坐到別處，真的不近人情，令人氣憤！她是我今次新加坡之旅遇見〝最差的員工及最差的服務態度〞，也令我對這間酒店留下〝壞印象〞。下次若再來新加坡旅遊不會入住這間酒店！
