Terrific property!! Highly recommend the club level. The service, location and overall property is amazing. It’s not as stuffy as the Raffles or Las Vegas vibe you get at the Sands. It’s the perfect mix between luxury, style and service.

The bar that the staff at the Ritz Carlton have set in terms of customer service is something every hotel and resort should strive for! From check-in through the daily experience including breakfast, tea, coffee, roomservice and concierge, every single member does what it takes to make your experience a truly memorable one! I don't want to call it that they did above and beyond, as I believe the staff has been trained to make every customer's experience truly exceptional!

This was the best hotel dinner buffet I’ve ever had. The free-flow champagne package was also a great value. However, I haven’t received a reply to my email regarding late check-out, and it would be helpful if spa reservations could be made via WhatsApp or similar platforms.

Great beautiful hotel, very clean and the staff was fantastic. We had a small issue on the first night that the manager, Antonio, resolved quickly to our satisfaction. If we return to Singapore one day, we'll definitely return to this hotel.
