Business stay

Upon check in the room was not very clean- sugar granules and quite a bit of hair on the desk. Subsequent nights were fine, house keeping did a good job. The air cond was noisy throughout the stay. The breakfast area was very packed especially during 8-8:30am. Recommend to get another coffee machine to cater for all the guests.

It's service overall is good, location is convenient, staff helpful and have been patronizing this hotel for more than 7 years. This time, I saw that there are stains of mould (can't be removed) in the bathroom; though it does not affect functionality it probably indicates enhancement / renovation may be time.

i have been returning to this hotel for several times, conveniently located and value for money. there are tours staying in the hotel for the weekend. people talking loudly in the corridor near mid-night but staff immediately checked and solved the issue. It's perhaps time to enhance its sound proof esp. with more tours coming in.

It is amazing. The only thing is after breakfast, all the food smell stick to our clothes /hair and body. Would be nice if there are more spread of food for breakfast.

The room itself is quite basic, small but if you're out and about for most of the day then it's not that big of a deal. It's in a great location, walking distance from small shopping centres and public transport stops so you can get around easily.
