I stayed there for a week. Every day they came in tidy up the room. The first time they didn’t replace the used up toilet tissue paper. Need to call up for the replacement. The next day my slippers were wet and torn, used coffee cups not replaced, and no more new toothbrushes ! Then I filled complaints at the front desk. Then the latter days were fine!

交通方便，離武吉士跟City Hall的購物區不遠。旅館房間有翻新過，整體而言還算ok。部分房間還是舊的中式房間，入住前建議確認一下。

50% satisfaction

The counter was friendly and informational. The air-condition in room was CRAZY LOUD and with a head-ache fo echo Buzzing sound. I was forced to use ear-plug for the night. Floow corpet was a stained as a little sticky, recommanded wearing slippers at all time in room. Overall, the bed was comfortable but environment should be improved for the price range.

優點: 近Bugis / Bras Basah MRT站，步行約5分鐘到酒店；浴室/廁所水力猛；每日執房有樽裝水補充。缺點: 房內訂了稱為「豪華三人房」四晚，聲稱可供3位成人入住、提供3張單人床，但房內卻只有可擺放1個行李匧的地方及1張梳化椅，難道3位成人只有1件行李嗎？房價卻是3位成人價錢呢！剛入住時房內檯上只有好像是1/5盒盒裝紙巾(大約1x張面紙，盒子大但紙巾卻很少，感覺像是上次客人退房後剩下的)；到了第2晚便要求服務台提供1盒盒裝紙巾，拿來了新的1盒，是滿滿的、似是有50張以上 (卻證實了入住第1晚時那盒是”用剩”的紙巾，感覺頗不是味兒！)；房內地毡黏黏的、立黐黐的，感覺不清潔，需要穿上拖鞋走動才舒服；床頭有兩盞床頭燈，卻不能獨立開關；隔音差：鄰房有人按門鐘時，以為是按我們房的；鄰房有人開水喉時，我們房內都聽到，尤其是在清早及晚上，都會被水聲吵醒；家人習慣在酒店時使用私人的墊枕頭巾，每天外出遊玩前都會預先收起，以方便酒店員工整理床舖；但第3天出門前忘記收起，酒店執房員工竟然將酒店枕頭直接擺在家人的私人墊枕頭巾上，感覺有點不潔！體諒到可能執床員工一時間沒有留意到客人的私人墊枕頭巾，故沒有即時向服務台質詢；但想知道執床員工究竟會否留意及尊重客人物件？故第4天出門時刻意沒有收起私人墊枕頭巾，當晚回房時竟然又見到同樣情形將酒店枕頭直接擺在家人的私人墊枕頭巾上！我們才真感覺酒店員工質素不佳！洗手間、浴室入住房間時即時已發覺廁所門把手爛了、廁門沒有鎖、洗手盆去水水塞不能開合，便立即通知服務台派人來維修；網上介紹酒店聲稱房內提供”豪華浸缸”，但眼見到的卻是浴缸不單只殘舊、缸邊牆上並無擺放沐浴用品的地方、浴缸邊又向內斜入根本不能擺放沐浴用品、缸內無防滑粒粒而酒店又沒有提供浴缸防滑墊，使用浴缸時都要小心翼翼因擔心會滑倒，如此浴缸可稱為”豪華浸缸”？到了晚上，當2人沖涼後，鏡上橫樑竟然不停滴水，酒店提供擺放在洗手盆邊檯上的沐浴用品全都滴濕了，不知那些是什麼水？滴了幾分鐘後就停了；本想要求換房，但因太夜故留待第二天看情形再打算。可能因為樓上沒有了客人入住，第2晚廁所鏡上橫樑沒有再滴水，加上不想麻煩去收拾行李，故沒有要求換房；廁所/浴室因抽氣力度不足(見不到又聽不見有抽氣扇運作)，洗澡時廁所內很快充滿水蒸氣，感覺很濕及翳焗；沒有提供掛勾或擺放毛巾、更換衣物的地方，只能將毛巾及衣物擺放在洗手盆檯上；入住第3日居然無墊地地巾提供，洗澡後地上都是濕淋淋的！風筒裝在廁所牆上不能拿出到房間內使用覺得很不方便。預訂4晚入住時，曾提出要求可否安排入住到較高樓層、較好景觀的房間？到了入住時卻是被安排到最低層(餐廳樓層之上一層)、窗外只見到雙層玻璃 (應是隔音所需)，感到很失望！但每次出入酒店時都只見幾個客人，相信絶對不是因為住客多而安排不到！是否有要求反而會提供越差的安排、服務？

地點有很多古典建築,行去地鐵大約7mins,去Bugis 大約12mins,都方便. 但床舖比較細一點.

真是太物超所值了

這裡幾乎服務人員都會說中文，我們的房間冰箱不夠冷，反應後飯店竟然馬上換台全新的給我們，真是良好的服務，我訂的是半價季節優惠，真是太物超所值了，夠大的房間與可以泡澡的浴室，地點位置也很好。當然飯店是有點歷史了，如果你是想要住很新、不在意房間大小的飯店你可以選擇離它很近的Mercure。

A place that worth the price. Every part of the hotel is neat and tidy. Most of the things are Ok except the curtain can't really block sunlight so better not to wake up too late. Service from staff were sincere. Originally I ordered a two-bed room but they don;t have one. As alternative they provided me a room with a queen size bed and an additional folded bed. I think this is excellent bonus. However there was one day that I want to sleep through the day and I call them up to tidy my room when I go for breakfast. I waited for one hour for the person to come. Nice surrounding environment with less than 5 mins walk to local food markets however it's quiet downstairs. Especially convenient for those who like taking buses. There are direct buses to many main spots however requires transit for MRT such as going to Orchard Road or Little India.

Value to money

The budget reflects its real condition. Though old fashioned,it tried to keep its cleanliness and confortablility. With a relatively convenient location,it is a acceptable choice for short stay.

酒店位置都算近市中心，鄰近有不少食肆選擇，亦有商場及超市，交通方便，在機場搭MRT鐵路，都是只需轉一程鐵路，大約半小時就到酒店附近的鐵路站
