不要被那張有床位的照片誤導，Lounge只有90度角椅背的座位使你坐直。我在半夜入內以為能舒服和寧靜地休息一下，殊不知整晚轉來的只有煩躁的電影音響和對話，有別於其他機場休息室播輕音樂，而且工作人員也沒意識去制止這些噪音，他們的工作似乎就只是阻止客人將兩張椅子靠攏以便坐得舒服點。那裡地下全晚不斷震動，讓我感覺有如自己還在飛機上仍未著陸。整晚不能睡惟一能讓我能做的就是工作！食物和飲料尚算不差，建議那地方應該叫Restaurant而非Lounge。如你想寧靜和舒服地待幾小時等轉機，強烈建議你去機場睡眠區，甚至機場任何一張椅子也比那裡坐得舒服，不要花錢買難受。

要注意自己訂到的是hotel 還是 lounge 的房間，兩個是不同的，lounge 的房間隔牆不是到頂的，如果旁邊有住人，會比較吵雜，進進出出也都會聽到，浴室與廁所要經過lounge 大廳到另一邊，但整理來說，如果只是要過境，或是紅眼班機到新加坡，要有個休息的地方，算是很方便

緊急情況下找到，於店內大堂上網訂。 內裡有buffet,職員不繼安排食物。 又有職員巡視地方。 洗澡地方格調跟酒店差不多，洗手間清潔。

櫃台小姐態度不佳，但帶房大哥超棒。
第一次住過境，感覺很方便，只是沒含早餐有點不便。雖然遇到臭臉的櫃台小姐，但使用智遊網訂房真的很棒，因為總是用便宜的價錢就可以入住。

可以好好梳洗的地方
因為班機是早上5點多,只能待在機場過夜,很是需要有個可以梳洗和休息的地方,裡面梳洗的配備環境不錯,能夠好好洗個澡放鬆一下,浴室/廁所跟房間是分開的,我住的是單人房,有個獨立空間很舒適,床也很棒,只是隔壁客人的鼾聲太大是聽得到的,因為我只能待4個小時(班機關係),時間不長,所以我也沒能熟睡,若是時間不趕,那就好了

Got the confirmation email it's a one night room but finally told it's a 2-hour gym!!! The Receptionist's service and attitude was bad! Not solving the problem at all. Can't get rest during the 10 hours flight transit preriod! Very bad and not recommended!

日本語表記だとチェックアウトが深夜0時になっていたが、深夜帯の利用は日をまたいでのチェックインでも問題なかったです。スタッフさんも親切で、快適でした。ソファはリクライニングできないので、寝方に工夫がいります。

Stayed here just for a few hours though, it was a good experience. The nap room was too cold though, I can understand someone prefer cooler temperature. The staff was great. Although I had a bit tricky request at that time, they could resolved it nicer, especially handing over my request internally perfectly.

Extreme long waiting time ( in the middle of the night) to finally get served and have access to “the room”. Since it was not a closed off space just thin partitions that didn’t reach to the ceiling, it was impossible to sleep since there was constant noise and snoring coming from the other spaces…! This is NOT a hotel room…! Showers and toilets are on the corridor.

The staff were brilliant, however the sleeping area (Nap room) was very noisy these rooms are not complete rooms, partition walls which allows light and noise from other guests. Also it was extremely cold in the Nap Room areas. what sleep I did get which was minimal the bet was comfortable. Food provided really needs to be upgraded. The shower facilities was great. Will pay the extra in future to stay at a proper hotel within Changi Airport.

the walls do not go to the ceiling, so you can hear the person in the next room, so you have to be very quiet.

Good short stay
The room is actually at the Transit hotel across the hallway. Room is about 8x10 feet and shower/toilet is shared as stated. Not a luxury place but very clean and comfortable. I had some good shuteye overnight and refreshed for the very early morning flight.

Not impressed with the 6hr block of booking. Stayed 2 extra hours and was charged an extra 50 dollars. Next time I will sleep on airport floor. Changi airport is overpriced at every turn. I'm a frequent traveler and not impressed with the transit accommodation at Changi

トランジットエリアにあるので シンガポール市内からの利用は気をつけてください。 トランジットラウンジを予約してますが 宿泊は向かい側の トランジットホテル の 中に部屋がありました。 シャワートイレは共用です

Should you just need a place to rest with shower and to catch your flight for within the next morning. Ambassador Transit lounge Singapore is the best place for your consideration. But please make sure that your flight is @ T2. Should your flight is like Airasia, you better choose anther lounge @ T4 is better.

シャワールームが寒かったです。 お湯の出は良かったので、寒い事以外はとても良かったと思います。 ご飯も美味しかったです。 宿泊施設の問題ではありませんが、ナップルームなので他の部屋の音は聞こえます。他の宿泊客のかけたアラームが大音量で長時間なり続けていたため目が覚めて、その後眠れませんでした。耳栓があれば良かったです。
