「Lin is lovely and I honestly don't know how she does it. it's an old house like most in Ilfracombe so don't expect a lift and the car park is quite steep. I stayed here for a few days either side of a trip to Lundy and it was perfect for me. Lin would have let me leave my car in the car park had she not been full but it was perfectly safe on the road outside as there are no restrictions and it was only a 15 minute walk to the pier. Breakfast is great if a little late for me - I'm an early riser...

「Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure 」

「We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property .
