Breathtaking location

Absolutely stunning location with amazing sea views. The location is fantastic as its an easy walk to both Lynton and the Valley of Rocks. Delicious breakfast, plus well stocked bar.

Really lovely stay. The property is well kept and has everything you could need. Views are not quite the same as in the photos (on their website it does state the view is from a nearby walk) but that doesn’t pull across to Expedia. Still a lovely terrace facing out onto the sea

Beautiful Location; James & Sam are just lovely.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this delightful establishment to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's an absolutely ideal location, clean and restful. Incredibly welcoming staff, not to mention the best shower I've had at a hotel in many years.

Fab one night stay, everyone was super friendly! The room was perfect for us and the bed was really comfy. Views couldn’t be beaten either. Location was perfect for walking into lynton for dinner and drinks, also perfect to walk down into Lynmouth. Would definitely stay again! Thanks
