「The TV in our room did not work and, as we had things to do we weren't gonna wait around to fix it with the help of a third party. So when we awoke the next morning and went to check out, I ask for some type of discount for having no working TV and they claimed an employee had marked the issue as solved and she claimed I'd have to get my refund from Expedia, which is who I made the booking room. I just accepted it but they should have been able to give me a discount, they're in the hospitality...

「It was in a great location! Right next to the bridge where you can walk to Cincinnati Reds stadium, the Heritage Bank Center stadium, and possibly even Cincinnati Bengals stadium! We stayed there for Monster Jam at Heritage Bank Center and it was a 10 minute walk for us across the bridge with kids! At night we even saw fireworks after a Reds game on a Friday with a perfect view! The staff was amazing! Property and room was very clean! The pool was kinda small, but the kids still had fun in...
