「Poor selection of breakfast options, the majority of the hotel was under construction, and it felt like a zombie place. I didn't know it was so horrible when I booked it until I got an email and asked the Sales Manager if she was giving any concessions to the restaurant since the majority of the hotel was under construction and she refused.
