One of the best options in Beaumont

This hotel is top notch, especially for Beaumont. It was in great condition and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It’ll be top of my list for hotels next time I’m in town.

Very Happy

Friendly at check in, hotel was clean room was big and the beds were so comfortable. Check out was just as friendly. Would definitely stay again. Parking was not an issue and they have security.

Subpar Breakfast

Everything my was fine. Parking was not bad. The only real issue I had was the breakfast. Very subpar. Had a sign for an omelette station but the guy would go to the back, make it and bring it out. Also the eggs and all the meats were Luke warm. They didn’t have anything else out. No fruit, cereal or anything

Front desk staff were friendly. Pool area was clean. Rooms very nice and clean. The only negative was the pillows cases did not have clean smell. The sheets smell clean the pillowcases did not.

Great last minute choice

Due to hurricane/tropical storms had to leave a day earlier than planned to get home, due to exhaustion from driving, decided to book a hotel to get some rest .. This choice was perfect and offered a great deal of comfort (beds and pullout sofa) just was short pillows for girls sleeping on sofa

This property was by far one of the best holiday inns of ever stayed at! The lady at the front desk. Her name was Aaron and she was fantastic! Every time I come to Beaumont Texas I will definitely stay here! The value was great. the service was excellent the hotel was awesome! #lc3entertainment

Weird bathroom but comfy beds

Upon first getting to the hotel I thought the area wouldn't be the best. It was decent enough and we didn't have any issues. The lady for the night shift check-in very nice and checked me in fast. Overall the loby was in decent shape. Upon entering room 200 it was clean; however, it could use a light remodel in the next few years coming. The bed was super comfy, that was the plus that made the stay comfortable. Down fall was the bathroom. The ceiling was oddly lowered and the wallpaper had been scotched tapped together to stick the seam back together. The problem is the steam in the bathroom had the wallpaper bubbling and looked like it was melting in the whole bathroom. Tubs facucey was super lose as well. The bathroom with some tlc could be fixed but it was the only yucky negative for me.
