「Excellent location but prepare for the stairs. 」

「Wish I’d had the time to take advantage of the spa, bar, and pool. With so much to see and do on Favignana one really needs a longer stay! Strongly suggest learning as much Italian as possible if you don’t already speak the language. 」

「As a Hotels.com Gold member, I was genuinely surprised by this stay. The check-in communication was nonexistent, so I had to reach out myself just to get inside. The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys. He was also quite pushy about a four-euro tax, insisting on a wire transfer and then calling and messaging multiple times over it. The...

「Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.」

「They did not bother to update booking info, so one star review should be well in line with the experience. Booked for valet parking and especially for the gym. These are not offered (nor is spa).」
