「We had a wonderful experience here. Check in was very easy and smooth. The location was right in the city center which allowed for easy site seeing and walking to food/shopping. There is a cable car a short walk away that takes you to the beaches. The hosts were very nice and helped us with booking a car. This felt very safe as you had multiple keys to get access into the building and the room. I feel a solo traveler would be very safe with this hotel.」

「エレベーターの無い3階の部屋に重い荷物を持って上がり下りすることは全く想定外。話にならない。 またホテルでないことが分かるように知らされておらず、直ぐに施設に入れないし、どういう立場の誰か分からない者が対応して、個人情報を取られたのも不愉快。 ホワッツアップのアプリがはいっている前提のコミュニケーションも不快。キャンセルできなくなってから詳細連絡をしてくるのも不快。民泊なら民泊と分かるようにしてもらいたい。」
