「In the old town, close to area attractions.」

「Mariella was excellent helping us access the room and answering our questions. Room is beautiful and well laid out with plenty of space and even a sauna for your private use! Breakfast is in a different location but only 2 mins walk and was good quality, as was the coffee. We were able to leave our bags while enjoyed the city until we left in the evening. All in all a great value option in central Palermo, off one of the main streets (Via Maqueda) and 5 mins from the Fontana Pretoria and...

「TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them. The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start.」

「Superb location at the gates to the old town. The staff went well beyond in every effort to help. From restaurant recommendations to organising taxis nothing was too much effort. Highly recommend staying here. You can walk the town to the gondola down to the beach clubs. Loved it.」

「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
