The stay was lovely. The room is located right in the city centre but in a quiet area. You can literally walk to every main interesting places in the centre from there and the station is also quite close. The host is absolutely lovely, always available. The room was spacious and clean and there is always coffee available to make at the entrance. 10/10

Our stay in Palermo

Location was great, right in the historic district. Free parking was a joke. It was free if you could find a space on the street. In the advertisement, it appeared breakfast was included along with breakfast photos. Breakfast was not as advertised. It was pretty much non existent. The host spent time with us giving us directions of places to see. We appreciated that. He assisted us bringing up the luggage. Price for our stay was a good value. Rooms appeared clean and comfortable

Not the cleanest place to be. Unfortunately, when you find hair on the bedding and stains on the toilet bowl, your staying experience is going down. Not recommended.

This hotel was very convenient to the Teatro Massimo where we had tickets to see a performance. The hotel is on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) and the elevator was not working. Fortunately someone met us and was able to restart it, but by the time we left for the theater it was out of order again and remained so through leaving the next morning. Our room was quite small. The fixtures in the bathroom were pretty old. The blow dryer spit sparks when I used it to dry my hair and died. It was inexpensive and near the theater. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Bien placé mes prestations très mitigées.

Immeuble dans un quartier populaire et très vivant. Chambre fonctionnelle mais à rafraîchir meuble dépareillées, oreiller, jauni, ménage, non fait sous le lit. Bailleur un peu insistant en réclamant sans cesse la taxe locale et la photocopie des pièces d’identité. Un bémol les instructions pour entrer dans l’appart’ fournit qu’à 17 heures le jour, même de l’emménagement beaucoup trop tard et peu rassurant dans un pays étranger et dans un quartier assez populaire. Cage d’escalier et entrée de l’immeuble vétuste, sombre et un peu glauque. Au vu de l’immeuble et de la rue, cette chambre seule est relativement chère.

La struttura si trova in un bel palazzo nel centro storico di Palermo. La posizione è sicuramente il maggior punto forte di questo alloggio perché tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, ed è comunque abbastanza semplice trovare parcheggio. La nostra stanza si trovava al quarto piano (c'è un ascensore un po' vecchio ma comunque comodo) ed era dotata di un balcone piuttosto ampio. Stanza pulita ma non impeccabile (molta polvere sotto il letto, cassetta di scarico del WC sporca). Purtroppo il bagno ha un sistema di funzionamento legato alla presenza di corrente elettrica, e durante il nostro soggiorno ci sono stati dei lavori alla rete per cui non abbiamo potuto usare il bagno per ore. L'host si è comunque mostrato disponibile e ci ha rimborsato una parte del soggiorno. Abbiamo inoltre dovuto fare un cambio di stanza perché a seguito del blocco lo scarico si è intasato e quindi è stato necessario chiamare un idraulico. Nella seconda stanza l'arredamento era un po' datato (armadio mezzo rotto, tre letti tutti diversi per cui il letto "matrimoniale" risultava a due altezze diverse nelle due parti), non so se perché si trattava di una stanza "di emergenza". Nel complesso non male ma a mio avviso troppo caro per il servizio (105 euro/notte per una tripla, ma la doppia costava solo 3 euro in meno)

La Struttura indicava presenza di parcheggio che non c era. L host gentile e la posizione super centrale. La camera poteva essere più pulita,, vedi doccia e cuscini gialli, il soffione doccia non funzionante. Odore sgradevole in camera infatti abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre senza usufruire dell aria condizionata. Siamo rimaste solo una notte e non abbiamo riposato granché"

Accessible.

Dans le centre parfais pour visiter à pied. Il y a un ascenseur, la chambre a des fenêtres qui n'ouvre pas sur l'extérieur mais sur un intérieur genre puit. La chambre est petite mais munis de tout le nécessaire. Réfrigérateur, assiettes etc. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Delusione!

L'esperienza è stata deludente, accolti in modo frettoloso, ci è stato fatto notare che avendo pagato " niente " non avevamo diritto alla colazione. Ora il niente erano € 70 a notte! Ma la sorpresa sono state le lenzuola che non ci sono sembrate fresche di bucato, trovati alcuni capelli lunghi ( io e mio marito li abbiamo cortissimi) la pulizia si fa ogni tre giorni e noi appunto siamo stati per tre notti. Il titolare non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere. La posizione di contro è ottima! Probabilmente scegliendo tariffe più vantaggiose si ha diritto ad un trattamento di serie C!

das hotel befinder sich im zentrum

eindlisch der platz von hotel ist sehr gut das hotel selbst ist ganz ok das frühstüch war seeeehr arm so das geld zu schade ist in der näha gibt so vieles bar wo mann gunstige frühstüch kann. was uns gestöhrt hatt das die reinigung nicht ganz sauber wahren und in unsere abwesenheit imer von der hotel leiten im zimmer kammen einfach so zu kuchen ! uns hatt nicht gefallen .
