「Very disappointing experience. The room looked similar to the photos, but the outside of the property and the overall hotel were nothing like I expected. The worst part was how I was treated. Staff knocked on my door, yelled at me, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I had planned to stay another night, but after being treated that way, I left instead. 「Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.」

「Airconditioning had to be turned off when not in the room but it says airconditioning. There was no airconditioning in the house and it was extremely hot inside. Regardless of not marking your food items my food was stolen twice and I didn't get much help from staff.」
