Beautiful place, clean and spacious. Located in a central location, a short walk to the centre of it all and yet, quiet at night. Nicely appointed with both a private balcony and a common area. Easy check in instructions, well communicated by the staff.
Highly recommend.
I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—no need for a car to get to the city. There was also plenty of parking available nearby. Highly recommend!

So happy with our stay. The property is walking distance to the center. The property is very clean .
We spent 3 nights in Catania, and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was secure, small, and in an easy location. The hotel was also very responsive to our questions + let us check in early! A bonus is you also get a free breakfast at a cafe about a block away, and that was easy and delicious.
I asked the front desk to store our luggage while we explored the city and they were happy to help. Friendly and helpful service at check-in. The location is right next to a beautiful and large park in central Catania and we felt safe coming & going. We stayed one night on our way back to the airport and it was easy to get pickup and drop off.
Was a great property and the staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Two things to note. There are three flights of stairs to climb and get luggage up. Also, be sure to check your hot water as the heater might be off. Once they turn it on, you will have plenty. We highly recommend and would stay here again.
Great room in a good location. Check in was easy with details sent via WhatsApp. Lovely and clean with nice views over the park. Bed was comfortable and good to have a fridge in the room and a shared basic kitchen to make a coffee. Breakfast was good at the nearby cafe. You get to choose one sweet or savoury pastry and a drink in exchange for a voucher left in your room.
Safe location, short walks to most things, very clean apartment. My bed linen had that lovely line dry fresh smell.
Breakfast at the cafe is typically Italian, and staff kind and friendly.
Great properly with lovely rooms. Lots of stairs to get to the hotel but very convenient location. They went out of their way to make our stay feel special. They responded quickly and answered all our questions on what’s app. We really enjoyed our stay!
Fantastic location that’s great to walking to everywhere, right next to Bellini Park. We had a very delayed flight and the staff gave good instructions to check in ourselves. It was really difficult to find parking at night though so do consider that cos it’s a very popular location in Catania.
Convenient for central Catania. Good, clean accommodation and the staff we met were very pleasant. However, there was something of an AI feel about the communication all being by message - but it worked, so no complaints!
Incredible property! Enormous room with very comfortable furnishings on par with any five star option. Room includes breakfast, which is made available at a famous restaurant across the street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, large common areas, including a kitchen and an outdoor terrace. The hotel is centrally located and across the street from the view of Mount Etna.
The front desk was staffed for a few hours a day, and outside of those hours were to be contacted via a social media app. For the first few days of our stay, the keycode to open the doors kept expiring, and I was unsure any staff would get a message quickly to let us in. I let them know when we were going out, kept my phone charged, and they were responsive. Also, there was flooding during our stay, and the hotel needed to turn off all power and water for an entire day to fix it. I wish I could give a better review because the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel managers were great at communicating our arrival time and showing us how to access the property after hours so we could go caddy-corner across the street and grab dinner after a long flight. The room was small but absolutely gorgeous and I loved the balcony. We received a breakfast voucher for the same cafe we went to for dinner and everything there was wonderful- save some room for dessert because they have so many beautiful and delicious desserts. There is a giant and beautiful city park literally across the street that we strolled through after dark and felt completely safe. It was a great stay, even just for the one night.
This is a great property with wonderful staff that really care about their customers. The property is fully renovated, brand new & high-end. We were leaving very early to get to the airport and the staff were so concerned about us not being able to get breakfast that they went out and got us something to pick up the night before (although we didnt figure out where we were supposed to go to get it).
The kitchen area had a hot plate and microwave but no pots pans plates so we couldn’t use them. Also had a nice patio outside the kitchen
The room was spacious and the 2 doors with combination locks in addition the the room door lock made it feel secure even though there was no in room safe
Overall a nice place to stay
This was a lovely hotel and the staff were wonderful.
Bear in mind if you stay, there are no staff working there, so you should organise to meet at a specific time. I didn't do this, but staff arrived about 20 minutes after I rang the door bell.
Also, staff have very limited English language, but with lots of hand gestures and Google Translate, we got there.
The room was lovely, quiet, and safe.
Location was great, room was good, also the common terrace was nice. Very easy to get around the city by foot and several grocery stores and restaurants close by.
However, eventhough there is a kitchen, no cooking appliences awailable. A microwave and a hotplate without any pan/pot does not help that much. Something that would have been nice to know also is that breakfast is offered in a closeby café. The breakfast is very Italian style, 1 drink and 1 pastry included.
We stayed here for one night at the end of our trip to Palermo. The hotel is just a few streets away from Via Etnea and the main attractions, making it a convenient location.
You'll also find a café, a convenience store, and a supermarket all within a block or so.
The room and communal areas were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with cold air conditioning providing a refreshing break from the heat.
Overall, this hotel offers cleanliness, comfort, and a great location, all at a good price. It's within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas and restaurants. An Uber Black to/from the airport cost us €26 each way. A great choice for a short stay.
