「Upon arrival, I inspected the room and ultimately decided not to stay. The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. As I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I did not feel comfortable remaining on the premises and chose to secure accommodations elsewhere. 「After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say...
