"The staff is very sweet and nice. I like all the staff. The problem was they didn’t want to give me bottle of water on the next days that i had separate reservations. I really can’t understand that and it was very disappointed. Really. I mean. How stupid can you be to refuse bottle of water to a customer. "

"Hotel was good , only issue i had is i left a pair of black pants in my room called to see if i can get them & they told me my pants werent there , when there isnt anywhere else they could be unless someone is stealing in the hotel , im also a hotel staff worker so this was a major concern for me that guest can potentially lose things in there room & be told its not there"
