"Onsen felt like it wasn't real onsen and all the baths were lukewarm and not hot. Room was non smoking but smelt like cigarettes real bad like somebody was just here a day ago chain smoking. Actually bought room deodorizer for cigarettes and left it there. Parking was infested with weeds that sticks to your clothes took me 20 min to remove. Meal was part of the reservation but that wasnt communicated clearly to me. They ended up calling me asking me if im coming down for dinner twice even when i...

"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "
