This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit of a trek from the Kofu Station, so getting around by train took some effort. The unit is small, but we just needed a place to sleep at night after our long days exploring, so the price was good for our needs. They even provide the toiletries and sleep shirts like a larger hotel would do.

Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay

テレビの調子が悪かった。冷凍食品のサービスにアイスとかデザート系があればよかった。夕飯を外食してしまい、朝も早くに出るのに車で朝ごはんを食べたので、食べる暇がなく、引き換えしなかった。

トレーラーハウスに初めて泊まりました。色々不安でしたが室内はとても現代的で入ってしまうと普通のビジネスホテルみたいで快適でした。部屋の前に乗り物を直接付けられるので動線的には最高に便利です。また利用したいと思いました。

大きな通り沿いでしたが、部屋は静かでした。冷凍の軽食が付いてるのも便利。ただ何分温めるか記載無いので、6分ぐらい温め、もう少しかな？と確認しながらレンチン追加しました。コインランドリーもあり、盗難や間違い防止のため暗証番号入れるので、安心でした。部屋の冷凍冷蔵庫も大きめで良かったです。

通り沿いなので暴走族や車の走る音が気になりましたが、周りにお店も多く、アクセスが良く、値段もお安く隣の部屋の音が気にならなくてとても良かったです。また利用させていただきたいと思いました。
