Fuji View Hotel
We had a lovely stay at the Fuji View Hotel. You can choose a room facing either Mt. Fuji or Lake Kawaguchi, though the actual view depends on the weather. La Vista Fuji Kawaguchiko
Beautiful, spacious hotel with great view of Mt Fuji (when the sky is clear). The private onsens are great! Amenities are nice and plentiful. However, not many restaurant options nearby (if you don't choose to eat at the hotel's French restaurant).

Cottage Tozawa Center
The owners are very nice and accomadating for our every need. The view of Mt. Fuji is amazing and worth it. Would easily stay here again.
